During this internship, I spearheaded, produced, edited, and developed a video marketing campaign — The Definitions Campaign. This campaign helped increase brand awareness and develop a brand persona on social media. During my internship, I also created video and marketing content alongside the creative team at Endureed. During my time at Endureed, I increased the company's website click-through rate by 74.4% through digital campaigns. I produced, edited, and filmed video content. During my Internship at Rock on Fort Collins, I collaborated with a team of two other innovative, visual minds to launch a media outlet that spreads positivity and community outreach in Fort Collins, Colorado. I oversaw brainstorming sessions, developed social media content, wrote captions, constructed brand guidelines, and grew customer engagement. We created an Instagram account for this media outlet, which gained 364 followers while I was creating content and working for this startup. This podcast was developed and published to support and educate the public on the communication concept of Story Listening. This concept was developed by Dr. Humphrey, a narrative scholar at Colorado State University, and Elizabeth Parks, a listening scholar at Colorado Mountain College. The goal of this project is to find where listening naturally aligns with narrative, and also find where there might be gaps, so we can build a foundation upon which a community of practice might form. I helped develop, produce, edit, and host a podcast and class that highlights how this communication tool is used today across industries and services, and to further develop its vital use in the future. This campaign combines graphic design, data visualization, motion graphics, and audience research to develop a groundbreaking market analytics recipe for the fastest-growing food brand on the internet, Delish. Through this project, I conducted quantitative and qualitative research to uncover a new, substantial target audience for Delish to create content for. I then took the research I discovered and developed data visualizations, and animations to generate a research report, with the next steps for content creation ideas, for the organization to apply to their digital growth. This is the story of Hover and Trade, a Starbucks Cafe in Longmont, Colorado where a coffee community became a family during the pandemic. Deliberative journalism, to me, means redefining an industry. Transforming journalism into a new age of creativity, that embraces storytelling at its most authentic definition. This method of journalism spearheads new interview styles and embraces social media content creation to deliver impactful stories. I was a member of the nation's first deliberative journalism class dedicated to defining and practicing this new style of communication. During this course, I was the leader and director of the podcasting team. I organized, coordinated, marketed, recorded, mixed, and produced podcasts while directing my team of four podcasters.
